WDE Tech Spotlight

For years, World Dairy Expo has been the place to introduce new ideas and innovations to the global dairy industry. The World Dairy Expo Tech Spotlight takes this tradition to the next level by creating a platform, both virtually and in Madison, for dairy technology start-ups to formally present their ideas to dairy producers around the globe. Both the virtual and in-person components of the event include two parts, a showcase of the innovations followed by a panel discussion with industry experts Jeffrey Bewley, Cowfocused.com & Professor at Western Kentucky University; Michael Hutjens, Professor of Animal Sciences at University of Illinois; and Julio Giordana, Associate Professor at Cornell University.

September 15, 2022 - Virtual

The 2022 World Dairy Expo Tech Spotlight will be hosted virtually on Thursday, September 15 at 10 a.m. (CST) with free event registration available now at wdetechspotlight.agritechcapital.com. 

October 6, 2022 - At World Dairy Expo

An in-person event during World Dairy Expo will be held on October 6 from 9:00 a.m. to 11 a.m. (CST) in the Mendota 2 Meeting Room in the Exhibition Hall.

Amongst the companies participating in this year’s edition at World Dairy Expo are WDE exhibiting companies Ever.Ag, Labby Inc., milc group, Nedap Livestock Management, and smaXtec Inc. Also joining for the virtual component are CattleEye, EIO Diagnostics and Milk Moovement.

Hosted by AgriTech Capital with support from World Dairy Expo, the Spotlight brings together elite dairy tech start-ups and gives them the opportunity to meet with top dairy farmers. More information about this program can be found here.
