Willow Wins Grand in the International Ayrshire Show

MADISON, WIS. – B-Wil Kingsire Willow is named Senior and Grand Champion of the International Ayrshire Show. Willow, the winning Four-Year-Old, is exhibited by Budjon Farms and Peter Vail of Lomira, Wis. The Reserve Grand Champion is the Intermediate Champion and winning Senior Three-Year-Old, Coppenbarger Kingsire Trinity, owned by Terri Packard, Ernie Kueffner and Peter Vail of Boonsboro, Md.

In the heifer show, Junior Champion honors went to the winning Winter Yearling, Bricker-Farms R Cadillac-ET, exhibited by Todd, Lynsey, Allison, Lacey and Kinslee Bricker, Carli Binckley and Wyatt Schlauch of Salem, Ohio. Following Cadillac as the Reserve Junior Champion was the winning Winter Calf, Miss Rejoice Reputation-ET, exhibited by Shocking Genetics, Katie Shultz and Jeffrey McKissick of Chambersburg, Pa.

The Premier Breeder banner went home with Palmyra Farm, Hagerstown, Maryland, while Peter Vail, Englewood, Florida, is named Premier Exhibitor. The Premier Sire of the show is Palmyra Lochinvar Reynolds-ET.

Official judge Gregory Evans of Georgetown, New York, along with his associate Jean-Philippe Charest of Saint Alexandre, Quebec, were charged with placing 361 head of Ayrshires in the International Ayrshire Show.
