Arrow Shoots Straight to the Grand Champion

MADISON, WIS. – The final day of World Dairy Expo® went out with a bang as Sheeknoll Durham Arrow, exhibited by Sheeknoll Farms of Rochester, Minn., earned the banners for Senior and Grand Champion Female in the International Holstein Show. Arrow led the way in the Six-Year-Old & Older cow class and took home Champion Bred & Owned, Best Udder and Production class awards. She also received the Udder Comfort $1,000 Grand Champion Cash Award.

Reserve Senior and Reserve Grand Champion honors were awarded to Wendon Dempsey Prude, the first place Four-Year-Old, owned by Westcoast Holsteins of Chilliwack, B.C.

Official judge Pat Conroy of Angola, Ind. and associate judge Yan Jacobs of Cap-Santé, Q.C., Canada placed 435 animals in the International Holstein Show at World Dairy Expo on October 8.
