Red & White Cow Reigns Supreme at World Dairy Expo 2025
MADISON, WIS. – Golden-Oaks Temptres-Red-ET owned by Milksource, Fischer, Steincrest and Crescentmead of Kaukauna, Wis. has been named Supreme Champion of World Dairy Expo 2025. They have been awarded the Gregory Blaska Memorial Trophy and a $2,000 cash award, courtesy of Zoetis. Blaska was a World Dairy Expo pioneer and served as President of the World Dairy Expo, Inc. Board of Directors for 31 years. Expo gained prominence world-wide as meeting place of the dairy industry with his tireless efforts.
Earning the Reserve Supreme Champion title is the Holstein, Lovhill Sidekick Kandy Cane, owned by Alicia and Jonathan Lamb of Oakfield, N.Y. Trans Ova Genetics sponsored a $1,500 cash award for the Reserve Supreme Champion.
The Holstein, Luck-E Merjack Asalia-ET was named Supreme Champion of World Dairy Expo’s 2025 Junior Show. Asalia is owned by Tessa and Stella Schmocker of Whitewater, Wis. They will be taking home a one-year lease agreement for a 20-foot trailer courtesy of Frenchville Trailer Sales, LLC and a $1,500 cash award courtesy of Trans Ova Genetics. Named Reserve Champion of the Junior Show was the Ayrshire, Toppglen Wishful Thinking-ET, owned by Tanner, Brennan, Marissa and Logan Topp of West Salem, Ohio.
Echo Glen Master Ivy emerged from a tunnel of smoke as the 2025 Supreme Champion Heifer. Ivy is owned by Ronald Grandy of Beaverton, Ontario, Canada. Crowned during Thursday night’s Supreme Champion Heifer Ceremony, she will take home the W. Terry Howard Memorial Trophy and a $1,250 cash award courtesy of Zoetis. Lazy M Money Laundering-ET P, the Junior Champion Miking Shorthorn, owned by Elizabeth Gunst and Jamie Gibbs of Hartford, Wis., claimed the title of Reserve Supreme Champion.
Bricker-Farms R Cadillac-ET, the winning Ayrshire Junior Champion of the Junior Show, was named Supreme Champion Heifer of the Junior Show. Cadillac is owned by Todd, Lynsey, Allison, Lacey and Kinslee Bricker, Carli Binckley and Wyatt Schlauch from Salem, Ohio. It was another win for the Milking Shorthorn, Lazy M Money Laundering-ET P, as she took home the title of Reserve Supreme Champion Heifer of the Junior Show. She is owned by Elizabeth Gunst and Jamie Gibbs of Hartford, Wis.
