World Dairy Expo is where the global dairy industry meets each fall in Madison, Wisconsin, USA. Featuring the world’s largest dairy-focused Trade Show in combination with a Dairy Cattle Show of the finest cattle in North America and educational components, there is something for everyone.

2020 VISA Letters – Requests Due September 1, 2020.
To assist with travel documentation, World Dairy Expo will gladly write an official letter of invitation. In many cases this type of letter is required to obtain a temporary travel VISA to the United States. For an official invitation letter, complete the VISA Letter Request Form.

International Registration
To take full advantage of all international guest special features at World Dairy Expo, pre-register online, or once on-grounds at the Show, register at the International Registration Desk in the east lobby of the Coliseum. To register on-site, a passport or Canadian driver’s license must be shown.

International Registration Onsite Service Hours
Tuesday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

On-site Services

Bag Check Service: Free bag check service is available to store luggage for the day in the East Lobby of the Coliseum Thursday - Saturday

International Lounge: An exclusive segment of the Trade Show – for companies and organizations that serve the international dairy market – can be found here along with refreshments and a relaxing atmosphere. An international pin and ribbon are required to enter this space

Interpreters: Expo interpreters are available to assist with directions, show information, tour registration and business transactions at the International Registration Desk in the east lobby of the Coliseum

Kiosks: One touch screen computer kiosks are available in the International Lounge to complete business dealings   

International Café: Located on the west end of the International Lounge, this Café is a place to relax, network and conduct business. The Café features comfortable seating and extended dining and beverage options. Café food service hours are Thursday to Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

International Reception: Join fellow international attendees on Friday, October 2 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Exhibition Hall for hors d’oeuvres, live music and drinks
