International Visitors

We welcome our international guests to World Dairy Expo. In addition to the Dairy Cattle Show and Trade Show, we invite you to several international-only functions at Expo. We offer a special International Registration area located in the East Lobby of the Coliseum. Please make sure to stop at this station first so that we can provide you with a goodie bag full of useful resources for your visit including a special badge which allows you to experience the International Lounge and International Reception venues. World Dairy Expo is truly excited to host you in Madison.

2012 VISA Letters
To assist you with your travel documentation, World Dairy Expo will gladly write a letter of official invitation. This letter is needed to obtain your VISA to travel to the U.S. If you need a letter of official invitation, please email us or call 1-608-224-6455. Letters are typically emailed. If you need a hard copy of your letter, please let us know. Letters will not be written after September 1, 2012.

Madison Concourse Hotel
The Madison Concourse Hotel has put together a special package for international groups. This package features reduced room rates, extended shuttle hours for the show on Friday night and Saturday, and extended dining options. For the full list of amenities offered, click here.
