His winning five-year-old, Xanadu Champion Kandy Kiss, bested six other breed champions to be named Supreme Champion of the show. BouMatic presented a $1,000 check to the winning duo. The Excellent -94 point Sleegerholm Champion-ET daughter was bred by George Colpetzer of Greenville, Pennsylvania. At four years and three months in 305 days she produced 16,980 lbs. of milk, 4.8% 808 lbs. fat, and 3.7% 621 lbs. of protein. In addition to being named Grand Champion of the Central National Jersey Junior Show, Kandy Kiss was also awarded the 2009 Supreme Champion of the Illinois State Fair Junior Show and was nominated All-American Four-Year-Old in 2008. AYRSHIRE NAMED RESERVE SUPREME Reserve Supreme Champion honors went to the Grand Champion of both the Open and Junior International Ayrshire Shows, Blind Buck Vall Tri Redpepper, exhibited by Sara Pulver of Fort Edwards, New York. In addition, she was named Best Bred and Owned and Best Uddered of the show. This is the pairs second time in the Supreme Champion Parade as they were also named Grand Champion of the 2008 Junior Show. The Ardrossan EV-Kates Trident daughter has a 305 day record of 19,242 lbs. of milk, 801 lbs. fat and 651lbs. protein. Redpepper is classified Excellent-92 and was the 2008 All-American Sr. Two-Year-Old. Pulver has leased the cow for the past four years from her breeders Roger and Jackie Greeno of Argyle, New York. Pulver is a sophomore in high school and has participated in 4-H for eight years. She has completed the Dairy Experience Program and will go on to the Junior Dairy Leaders Program next year.
